”SAFe’s current Value Stream and ART Identification workshop is an excellent approach to organize around value for IT systems. But practitioners in automotive, aerospace, defense, and other industries who build large, cyber-physical solutions struggle to apply it effectively to their domains. The current workshop’s overall structure is still relevant but requires a slightly modified approach when applying it in these domains. And in this presentation, we will show how to apply it with some slight modification based on our real-world experiences using the workshop with multiple large cyber-physical organizations internationally.”
