In this course, attendees will learn how to effectively lead and support a Lean-Agile transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
They will have the opportunity to become certified as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Agile Coach, allowing them to train and certify others in SAFe courses.
The training covers the use of SAFe to build high-performing Agile Teams, Trains, and Portfolios, as well as applying a customer-centric approach through Design Thinking, Agile product delivery, and Lean portfolio management. The course will also cover how to implement the SAFe framework in an organization, transitioning from traditional product development to a modern Agile and Lean approach.
Anyone who will be a part of an Lean-Agile transformation is welcome in the course. However, we strongly recommend the following prerequisites if you intend to take the included (and optional) SAFe SPC certification exam.
- Five or more years of experience from development, testing, requirements gathering, product/project management
- Three or more years experience from Agile systems engineering

Emanuel Felix Tunbjer is a senior Agile coach and advisor with close to two decades of experience in working with and coaching and training people in Agile values and practices. He has supported and advised numerous large organizations from all kinds of industries and sectors on their Lean and Agile transformation journeys, as an independent consultant.
Emanuel started working with Agile at the time of the manifesto.
