Emanuel Felix Tunbjer

Emanuel Felix Tunbjer is a senior Agile coach and advisor with close to two decades of experience in working with and coaching and training people in Agile values and practices. He has supported and advised numerous large organizations from all kinds of industries and sectors on their Lean and Agile transformation journeys, as an independent consultant.
Emanuel started working with Agile at the time of the manifesto. Since then he is passionate about guiding organizations, teams and leaders towards succeeding to create a system where work can happen in a more creative manner, reaching an Agile mindset that stimulates experimentation, innovation and a continuous flow of value.

Fredrik Viljesjö

After over 15 years of hands on experience as a developer, coach, and manager, Fredrik Viljesjö is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach, Advisor, and DevOps Coach. He has been working with many of the multi-national companies in Stockholm on how to learn in and lead their Agile journey.
In his work he has picked up what’s needed for the whole chain of practices required for Agile to work. This spans from getting people to collaborate better and Agile scaling frameworks to technical implementation skills like DevOps and software craftsmanship.

Magnus Westerberg

Magnus has a long and extensive background in leading and coaching teams, designers and UX designers in modern ways of working, innovation techniques and continuous learning. Magnus home base is as the Director of Experience at Strateg, where he advises in the development of new customer experiences for a host of companies. Before coming back to having Stockholm as a base, he was the Head of Creative Development at Tui Group, managing teams in Berlin, London and Noida. A role that suited him well after previously working as a Creative Director at St. Luke’s in London.

Tomas Eilsø
Guest Trainer
Tomas Eilsø is our guest trainer from Best Brains Academy in Denmark. He spends most of his time helping large organizations getting the full benefits of agile, using different scaling approaches such as the scaled agile framework. Like Jeff Sutherland got inspired to create Scrum from his experience with high-performance teams as a fighter pilot, Tomas also flew as an F-16 fighter pilot for six years. Tomas has furthermore started several successful technology startups, one of which currently builds the next generation combat flight simulators for the Danish Airforce – of course using agile.
