Anders Laestadius

Anders is a senior Lean-Agile and Leadership coach and trainer, with over 20 years experience of in Agile software delivery. He has worked in industries such as med-tech, banking, and the public sector.

Anders has a background as a developer and architect and has seen first-hand how Agile’s values and principles create the optimal environment for individuals and organizations to be effective and impactful, guided by a strong humanistic view of people. Over the past 18 years, Anders has focused on leading change by coaching organizations. He takes a systemic approach to change by coaching individuals, teams, and Leadership, as well as influencing organizational culture, structure, and methods.

Anders is also a Developmental Leadership trainer certified by the Swedish Defence Academy, a certified Professional Coach (ICF ACC), certified in The Leadership Circle, and an Instructor in Mindfulness.
