She has more than 15 years of experience from large and complex assignments within IT business development with a strong focus on Lean and Agile ways of working.
She is driven by the opportunity to use her extensive experience to support companies in their future development and to continuously improve the value flow in the delivery to their customer. And to assist companies in building teams with individuals who are motivated and empowered.
