COURSE OVERVIEW
The training is directed towards using the SAFe framework at its best, and is also focused on learning how to teach the Leading SAFe training both in the room and online. The attendee will learn how to build high-performing Agile Teams, Trains, and Portfolios and apply a customer-centric view using Design Thinking, Agile product delivery, and Lean portfolio management.
The final part of the training is focused on using the SAFe implementation roadmap to shift an organisation from a traditional way of creating products and services to a modern Agile and Lean approach.
PREREQUISITES
- Five or more years of experience from development, testing, requirements gathering, product/project management
- Three or more years experience from Agile systems engineering
- One or more Agile certifications

A former Scaled Agile employee and SPCT Strategic Advisor, he has guided multiple enterprises in adopting lean-agile ways of working, helping them drive meaningful and measurable business outcomes.
