With more than two decades as a consultant in several domains and roles, Christian has an in-depth knowledge of organizations in general, but product development organizations in specific. Christian has worked across many areas in development from test to project management, product planning, process development, quality management, and compliance.
As a change-agent, Christian has advised and led multiple Lean-Agile transformations, often in organizations developing complex products with hardware, electronics, and software. He is certified SPC and has trained several hundreds of people in SAFe over the years, and he is a highly regarded trainer.
