Magnus has a long and extensive background in leading and coaching teams, designers and UX designers in modern ways of working, innovation techniques and continuous learning. He is an appreciated workshop leader and facilitator, working with all kinds of competencies in large organizations guiding them to improve their customer focus through short feedback loops, often in scaled Agile and digital transformation journeys.

Magnus home base is as the Director of Experience at Strateg, where he advises in the development of new customer experiences for a host of companies. Before coming back to having Stockholm as a base, he was the Head of Creative Development at Tui Group, managing teams in Berlin, London and Noida. A role that suited him well after previously working as a Creative Director at St. Luke’s in London.

Magnus also lectures at the Royal Institute of Technology and in the digital version of the same course distributed by MIT.
