Welcome to the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Expert Day, a one-day course designed for LPM Practitioners, SPC’s and coaches who are interested in learning more about LPM including the 6.0 update and how it can help you improve your portfolio management skills alongside with the efficiency of your portfolio flow. Throughout this day, we will cover various topics related to Lean Portfolio Management, including its positioning, main participants, course performance indicators, assets, and what we are currently working on behind the scenes to help your organisations improve.

Part 1: The LPM Learning Journey
During the first part of this day, we will discuss LPM’s positioning and who the main participants are in the LPM learning journey. We will also explore the performance indicators and the main assets that come with the LPM competency in SAFe. Additionally, we will discuss what we are currently working on and how it can benefit you in your portfolio management journey.
Part 2: Lean Portfolio Flow
The second part of this course will focus on LPM flow and how to set up the right cadence, synchronization, and visualization. Here we will reflect on the 8 flow accelerators and their effects at the LPM level. We will also discuss the main stakeholders, their roles and responsibilities, and how to get them onboard an LPM implementation, and deep into the benefits of using participatory budgeting to distribute investments and budgets across value streams, including the do’s and don’ts.
Part 3: Ask Anything: LPM From the Trenches
The final part of this day is dedicated to answering any burning questions that you may have about LPM. We will gather questions from you as an attendee on beforehand and prepare to make sure we can really deep dive together in your worries and ideas.

Odile Moreau
Odile Moreau is a SAFe strategic advisor and SPCT for Scaled Agile Inc, based in France. She guides international organisations through adoption of business agility.
By combining deep matter expertise with the ability to coach on behaviour and leadership, she has been a highly effective team coach for large organisations. Odile is passionate about Lean Kanban, Scrum, Lean and SAFe, never losing sight of the human factor.
Odile has 20+ years of professional experience helping profit and non-profit organisations in the fields of IT Service Management, Business Information Management and Software Engineering across the world.
The last 10 years her focus has been helping teams adopt the agile mindset, principles and practices at scale and continuous improvement methods.
Emanuel Felix Tunbjer
Emanuel Felix Tunbjer is a senior Agile coach and advisor with close to two decades of experience in working with and coaching and training people in Agile values and practices. He has supported and advised numerous large organizations from all kinds of industries and sectors on their Lean and Agile transformation journeys, as an independent consultant.
Emanuel started working with Agile at the time of the manifesto. Since then he is passionate about guiding organizations, teams and leaders towards succeeding to create a system where work can happen in a more creative manner, reaching an Agile mindset that stimulates experimentation, innovation and a continuous flow of value.
With his experiences in management, strategic planning, product development, lean portfolio management and organisational development based on Lean & Agile, Emanuel is a highly skilled and appreciated trainer and advisor.
