Fredrik Viljesjö
Fredrik Viljesjö is an experienced Advisor, Enterprise Agile Coach, and DevOps/Architecture Coach with a broad and deep skill set. With 15 years of experience in development, coaching, and management, he has worked with multinational companies in Stockholm to guide them through their Agile journey.
Viljesjö’s practical approach has given him a thorough understanding of all the practices necessary for Lean-Agile digital business development. His expertise includes enhancing team collaboration, implementing Lean-Agile scaling frameworks, and technical skills such as DevOps and modern software engineering.
Jesper Hoffstedt
Jesper Hoffstedt is a senior Lean-Agile coach and trainer with more than 20 years experience of in Lean-Agile product development in industries like transportation, logistics, retail, telco, online betting, and the public sector.
With a background as a software developer and solution architect, Jesper has his roots in Agile craftsmanship. After 10 years of passionate software development, Jesper has been focused on leading change by coaching organizations to take on a Lean-Agile mindset and practices that stimulate quality, engagement, and a continuous flow of value.
The last two years have been spent on coaching a large Lean-Agile transformation within the transportation industry developing cyber-physical solutions, containing both hardware and software. Jesper’s main focus has been to coach triads within a Large Solution Train containing over 800 people.
With a pedagogic mindset, prestigeless attitude, and focus on the end-user Jesper is a highly appreciated coach and trainer.
Christian Fredriksson
Christian started to explore how organisations can find better ways to learn, organise and adapt in complex environments two decades ago in an academic research program and he has more than fifteen years of practical experience from lean and agile ways of working in different roles.
Since 2012 Christian has been mostly focusing on helping teams and organisations systemically improve their ways of working as a Lean-Agile coach. He has helped companies within many different industries, such as banking, retail, travel, public sector, e-commerce and product developing companies, where he has coached development teams as well as business teams and management teams.
Christian also has many years of experience from working with hardware development organisations, especially within automotive, and can provide advise, coaching and training for that context.
