The Leadership Lab is a community, a think-tank, a discord channel, a series of meetups, and much more centered on exploring and defining how to lead teams and organizations exposed to a high rate of change all facilitated by Carl Starendal.

UPCOMING EVENT – APRIL 11th – STOCKHOLM

This upcoming Leadership Lab in Stockholm is focused on Systems Thinking and Leadership. This is the second in a series of three in-person labs during winter/spring 2024 where we focus on Leadership at a distance, Indirect Leadership. This specific evening will feature multiple speakers on the topic, including a deep dive into the Systems Thinking Archetypes & The Iceberg Model from Peter Senge and MIT, as well as drinks, food, discussions, reflections, and practical exercises.
