Jesper Hoffstedt is a senior Lean-Agile coach and trainer with more than 20 years experience of in Lean-Agile product development in industries like transportation, logistics, retail, telco, online betting, and the public sector.
With a background as a software developer and solution architect, Jesper has his roots in Agile craftsmanship. After 10 years of passionate software development, Jesper has been focused on leading change by coaching organizations to take on a Lean-Agile mindset and practices that stimulate quality, engagement, and a continuous flow of value.
The last years have been spent on coaching large Lean-Agile transformation within the transportation industry developing cyber-physical solutions, containing both hardware and software. Jesper’s main focus has been to coach Large Solution Trains containing over 800 people.
