COURSE OVERVIEW

By becoming a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), attendees will gain the skills to lead and facilitate end-to-end value delivery through Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and build high-performing ARTs through servant leadership and coaching. This four-day course provides an in-depth understanding of the RTE role in the enterprise using the SAFe framework, including responsibilities and how to execute them.

Through experiential learning, attendees will explore the RTE’s role in a Lean-Agile transformation, including how to lead and facilitate ART processes and execution, and coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and flow-based work.
