COURSE OVERVIEW
Join us in an exploration of the skill sets needed to guide and support the delivery of value in your team, in your team of teams, in your Agile Release Train and your organisation as a whole. During this two-day course and learning session, you as an attendee will gain an in-depth understanding of how to effectively perform your role as an Agile Product owner in a team and a Product Manager in the Agile Release Train (ART) as it delivers value iteratively through Program Increments.
We will together explore how to utilize our Agile and Lean mindset and thinking to decompose Epics into Features and Stories, refine Features and Stories, manage Program and Team backlogs, to truly support your team and to plan and execute Iterations and Program Increments. You will also discover how the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture contribute to the continuous and relentless improvement of the ART or team of teams.
PREREQUISITES
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:
- Attend a Leading SAFe course
- Experience working in a SAFe environment
- Experience with Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications
