Petra Thelander is the unit manager of strategic development for the Swedish Tax Agency. This unit coordinates enterprise architecture and portfolio management and ways of working. In this role Petra is responsible for leading the rollout of SAFe, liaising with the Agency’s management team and coordinating the adoption of SAFe and Agile across approximately 1,400 employees and managers.
