COURSE OVERVIEW
By becoming a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), attendees will gain the skills to lead and facilitate end-to-end value delivery through Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and build high-performing ARTs through servant leadership and coaching. This four-day course provides an in-depth understanding of the RTE role in the enterprise using the SAFe framework, including responsibilities and how to execute them.
