COURSE DETAILS:
The course is a standard three-day online course built around four instructor-led learning modules and a collaborative learning lab that all takes place during the three days.
Before the first day of the course, all attendees must complete one e-learning course on writing effective OKRs. After the course, they will be given access to the online Advanced SPC certification exam.

He is also a sought-after keynote speaker on leadership, management, and modern product development and a highly regarded mentor & advisor as well as one of the Transformational Leadership trainers (Utvecklande Ledarskap) certified by the Swedish Defence Academy.
Carl Starendal is also as one of the global SAFe Fellows an official contributor to the SAFe Framework and one of the key people behind the Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification course.
Ola Gedenryd
Ola is a Passionate Business Agility transformation leader. Ola has 17 years of experience in setting up and running Business Agility transformations in challenging international environments. Ola focuses on helping people and their organizations succeed in their Business Agility transformations by coaching, advisory, and training with Professional Enterprise Coaching techniques with roots in NLP and SAFe. Ola is also a popular speaker at international conferences around Business Agility. Ola is one of few SAFe SPCTs in the world, and as that, Ola is also an active contributor to the development of SAFe. Ola has globally trained more than 3000 people in different Lean-Agile trainings and is today supporting several Business Agility transformations in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East

Cancellations done up to 10 days before the course start date will be charged 50% of the course fee.
Cancellations done within 10 days before the course start date will be charged the full course fee.
